Custom F line, un’azienda greca pioniera nella produzione di speciali imbarcazioni da diporto, ha intrapreso progetto molto difficile e ha avuto un successo eccezionale. L’iniziatore e proprietario dell’azienda, il Sig. Ciro Foggia, ci spiega che il mercato greco può creare, prototipare e competere allo stesso modo con il corrispondente mercato europeo o addirittura globale, purché lo desideri. La nave che ha creato, su ordine del cliente, era 9 motovedette personalizzate per la Guardia Costiera Araba. Per gli standard della Custom F Line 45. Il design dell’F 45HTM si basava sul Cruiser Line F 45HT, il lussuoso gommone di 13 metri che offre ai suoi proprietari molteplici vantaggi e servizi. Questo modello non offre comfort e lusso. Con una lunghezza di 13,40 metri, una lunghezza di 4.09 e un pescaggio di 1.10, questo imponente gommone è stato creato per scopi militari operativi, su ordine della Guardia Costiera Araba. L’80% della sua costruzione è stata eseguita da ingegneri e artigiani greci. L’F 45 HTM soddisfa ogni esigenza ed esigenza che una barca da lavoro può avere. Il brevetto per il sollevamento del pianale/coperchio, in modo che anche la sala macchine sia completamente visitabile e anche chi la visiti possa alzarsi in piedi, “costringe” ad apprezzare ancora di più l’F 45 HT, il pensiero e il lavoro svolto dal produttore di barche. La sala macchine ospita due motori Seatek 850 plus + ZF a 2 velocità con trasmissione di superficie Arneson + sei eliche in acciaio inossidabile che conferiscono alla barca un’eccellente potenza e galleggiabilità. Una caratteristica della barca è la tecnologia dei sistemi elettronici e armamenti di cui dispone. Tutti i mezzi elettronici di rilevamento e comunicazione che ha, hanno un’alta tecnologia di cui la maggior parte di noi non è a conoscenza della loro esistenza. I suoi sedili (14) sono personalizzati Ullman. Sono stati costruiti appositamente per questa imbarcazione. Sono appositamente regolabili e si adattano al peso di ogni passeggero. Con un peso che si avvicina alle 10 tonnellate (9,5 tonnellate a secco), oggi il gommone su misura supera in tecnologia e innovazione qualsiasi altro gommone di pattuglia/intercettore. Le camere d’aria hanno valvole di sfogo speciali per climi caldi e piena partecipazione alla navigazione. Sebbene lo spessore della vetroresina sia lo stesso dell’F 45, lo scafo/coperta ha una resistenza 16 volte maggiore grazie alla costruzione di carbonio/kevlar con additivi speciali per resistere alle alte velocità e specifiche per una speciale resistenza balistica .

The engine room accommodates two Seatek 850 plus + ZF 2-speed engines with Arneson surface shafts + six stainless steel propellers that give the boat excellent power and buoyancy.  A characteristic of the vessel is the technology of the electronic and weapons systems it has. All the electronic means of detection and communication that it has, have high technology that most of us are unaware of their existence. Its seats (14) are custom Ullman. They were built specifically for this rib. They are specially adjustable and adapt to the weight of each passenger. With a weight approaching 10 tons (9.5 tons dry), the custom made rib surpasses in technology and innovation any other patrol / interceptor rib. The air chambers have special relief valves for warm climates and full participation in navigation. Although the thickness of the fiberglass is the same as the F 45, the hull/deck has 16 times more strength due to the construction of Carbon/Kevlar with special additives to withstand high speeds and specifications for special ballistic resistance.

Custom  F line, μια ελληνική πρωτοπόρος εταιρεία κατασκευής ιδιαίτερων σκαφών αναψυχής, ανέλαβε ένα πολύ δύσκολο project  και τα κατάφερε εξαιρετικά. Ο εμπνευστής και ιδιοκτήτης της εταιρίας κ. Ciro Foggia,  μας εξηγεί ότι η ελληνική αγορά, μπορεί  να δημιουργήσει, να πρωτοτυπήσει και να ανταγωνιστεί στα ίσια την αντίστοιχη ευρωπαϊκή ή και παγκόσμια αγορά, αρκεί να θέλει. Το σκάφος που δημιούργησε, κατά παραγγελία του πελάτη, ήταν εννέα (9) πολύ ιδιόμορφα επιχειρησιακά σκάφη για την ακτοφυλακη αραβικης χωρας .  Στα πρότυπα του Custom F Line 45. Ο σχεδιασμός του F 45HTM  βασίστηκε στο Cruiser  Line F 45HT, το πολυτελές φουσκωτό σκάφος των 13 μέτρων  που προσφέρει στους ιδιοκτήτες του πολλαπλά οφέλη και διευκολύνσεις. Μόνο που αυτό το μοντέλο δεν προσφέρει άνεση και πολυτέλεια. Με μήκος 13,40 μέτρα, 4,09 μήκος και 1,10 βύθισμα, το επιβλητικό αυτό φουσκωτό σκάφος δημιουργήθηκε για επιχειρησιακούς σκοπούς, βασει συγκεκριμενων προδιαγραφων. Το 80% της κατασκευής του έγινε από Έλληνες μηχανικούς και τεχνίτες.Το F 45 HT πληροί  κάθε προϋπόθεση και ανάγκη  που μπορεί  να έχει ένα επιχειρησιακό σκάφος. Δύναμη, ταχύτητα, ασφάλεια, πρωτοπορία, τεχνολογία αιχμής.  Ο σχεδιασμός είναι τέτοιος  ώστε να εξυπηρετεί επιχειρησιακές/ στρατιωτικές ανάγκες και όχι τουριστικές. Η κονσόλα του F 45HTΜ, αυτού του mega φουσκωτού σκάφους , προσφέρει στον κυβερνήτη και στον συγκυβερνήτη, πλήρη έλεγχο  του σκάφους και γενικά όλων των σημείων του. Ένδειξη πίεσης  λαδιού και ρεβέρσας, θερμοκρασία νερού, γωνιόμετρο, trim ποδιού  και flaps καθώς και τα δύο SIMRAD 14’’ GPS είναι τα βασικά  όργανα  που βλέπουμε στην κονσόλα.Σημαντικό είναι ότι όλα τα μέρη του σκάφους είναι επισκέψιμα και επισκευάσιμα. Η πατέντα ανασήκωσης του πατώματος/ καπακιού, ώστε ακόμα και το μηχανοστάσιο να είναι απόλυτα επισκέψημο και μάλιστα να μπορεί  όποιος  το επισκεφτεί να σταθεί όρθιος,  μας «αναγκάζει» να εκτιμήσουμε ακόμα πιο πολύ το F 45 HTΜ, τη σκέψη και την δουλειά που έγινε από τον κατασκευαστή του σκάφους. Το μηχανοστάσιο φιλοξενεί δύο μηχανές Seatek  850 plus +ZF 2ταχυτο με άξονες  επιφανείας Arneson + εξάφτερες ίνοξ προπέλες που δίνουν στο σκάφος εξαιρετική δύναμη  και πλεύση . Χαρακτηριστικό του σκάφους είναι και η τεχνολογία των ηλεκτρονικών και οπλικών συστημάτων που διαθέτει. Όλα τα ηλεκτρονικά μέσα εντοπισμού και επικοινωνίας που διαθέτει, διαθέτουν τεχνολογία αιχμής που οι περισσότεροι από εμάς, δεν γνωρίζουμε την ύπαρξη τους. Τα καθίσματα του (14) είναι custom  Ullman  και κατασκευάστηκαν ειδικά για αυτό το σκάφος. Είναι ειδικά ρυθμιζόμενα και προσαρμόζονται στο βάρος του κάθε αναβατη. Με βάρος που πλησιάζει τους 10 τόνους (9,5 dry), το full custom  made σκάφος , σημερα , ξεπερνά σε τεχνολογία και καινοτομία κάθε άλλο επιχειρησιακό σκάφος .Τα μπαλόνια έχουν ειδικές βαλβίδες ανακούφισης για θερμά κλίματα και πλήρη συμμετοχή στην πλεύση. Αν και το πάχος του πολυεστέρα είναι το ίδιο με το F 45, το hull/deck έχει 16 φορές μεγαλύτερη αντοχή  λόγω της κατασκευής από Carbon/Kevlar με ειδικές προσμίξεις ώστε να αντέχει  σε μεγάλες ταχύτητες αλλά και προδιαγραφές για ιδιαίτερες βαλλιστικές αντοχές.
